Image Processing Help

I shoot weddings almost every weekend and am looking for someone to process raw images, color and exposure balance and save as high quality jpegs. I need someone who will work with me to do this on an as-needed basis. I typically process over 1,000 raw images per wedding but sometimes more if a second shooter is involved. I require each image be processed individually and not mass processed with "auto" settings. I need a one week turnaround of the final images and prefer to exchange files via FTP.

Are you talking Lightroom admustments (brightness, contrast, saturation, exposure) or photoshop blemish removal & editing?

I'm pretty good with lightroom workflows, and could do this for $300 per 1000 photos, turnaround time is 1-2 days.

Send me some sample pics of what you had in mind, and maybe I can work with you.

I'll do it for 350 per 1000 but I'm way better than figment :)
