ok so I applied for a TAX ID since I am getting money for shooting I thought it was the right thing to do.
NOW WHAT do I have to concider and take care of?

I assume you have a DBA name now. If you don't, get one immediately, you can get it filed for ~10 bucks at the county clerk. A seperate checking account would be a good idea to keep track of your photography income and expenses, and I would consider that next. Bank of America will do it without a DBA if your last name is in the name of the business.

I will set up a seperate account and I was thinking about using bank of america since I have used them for years for my personall checking.

Well, once you've got your number you need to start charging sales tax on appropriate items, keeping really good records (an accountant would be helpful) and then paying the state on a regular (depending on amount you earn) basis.
