For any of you who use this to process your credit cards - have you ever gotten a 'gateway declined' error message? I'm thinking that it's declining the credit card but want to make sure before i call my client back and tell her. She's not the most 'cheerful' of people so i know hearing 'sorry, but can i have another cc number because it declined the one you gave me' isn't going to put her in a really happy mood.

Of course, this is the mother of one of my seniors and she called last week saying 'we just HATED everything - we just weren't happy with anything you did' and then today, placed over a $300 (on pictures you don't like, huh, go figure).

I just want to make sure its nothing on my end before I give her a call. Thanks!
