accountant in Dallas/Plano area?

Does anyone have a good accountant in the Dallas/Plano area. I just cannot stand our accoutant and the thought of going through one more year with him makes me want to scream. I don't know where to even start looking for someone who can do my small business stuff and our personal stuff too.
