Just add line that if model is under 18 then parent signs for her. Under 18 can not sign contracts ... which a MR is. This is one that I have in my contract. short-simple-to the point, and ya, the parent signs the contract. 14. Model release for minor children or others (Name and date of birth) This release shall be in effect for unlimited time. __________________________________________________ ________________________ |
