Celebrity/Pro-Athlete Pic

I took the image below at TMS this past weekend. It's "Kaptain" Robbie Knievel jumping 21 Hummers at the Bombardier 550 Indy car race. I've received some very good feedback on this image, both here and on a couple of international photo forums that I post on.

I guess that the question I have is whether or not I can license or sell the image for profit. How do I find out of Robbie Knievel has copyrighted his image?

Sure you can sell it for a profit. But you have to get a release first and that may (will) cost you. You can contact his management on his website.
