I have the opportunity to work with a Landscape company for their photographic needs. They have two houses ready to go, and I am not certain as to what I should price this out at. What ever my final number is will include the actual time on site as well hours for editing, delivery and format they are needing. This has the possibility to be an ongoing gig and may get as far as putting together presentation books, etc.

Thoughts on starting rate? I was thinking $100 to $200 per hour.

If it were me, I would find out how much it would take me to shoot a house and do all of the PP work, and then figure up your profit, add 25% to that and then charge them a flat fee per house. I'm sure others will disagree, but hourly rates seem to always draw ire when a lot of the hours will be spent not shooting.

*EDIT* - It also helps as to what the landscaper charges and what type of homes are in the picture. Obviously a $1m home is going to need a lot more work than a $250k home.
