Question for those of you that sell prints online and those that ship in general. What packing/shipping materials do you use and where do you buy them?

Also, what do you do about shipping large prints, like 16x24 and larger? Do you roll them and ship them like that? Or just use a large box to ship them flat?

www.uline.com has everything. It's only good if you want to buy in bulk, though.

I always ship prints flat. The larger prints are easy for me because I mat them and send them in stay-flat mailers. With out a mat you'd probably want to tape them between two pieces of cardboard, which can approach the price of just putting it in a nice matt.

A big second for ULINE. They make lots of money from me ordering stay-flats.

I save all the shipping boxes that come from the lab and reuse those. Most of our work is picked up onsite by the clients, but we have shipping boxes when the need arises.
