OK - I've gone over the ASMP site and untold others and have a fairly good grasp of most of the pricing factors for commercial work.
I understand the CODB, the creative fee, the expenses and all of the other items and how to translate that into a daily rate.
Most of the samples / discussions I've seen are based upon getting a single image... or maybe a couple of images.
In the case of multiple+ images... is the licensing still done on an individual image basis or is consideration given to a group of images?
My scenario - doing area community photos that will end up on website(s) as stills as well as possible inclusion in slideshow type presentations. I guess what I'm asking from the experienced people - do you always do the license on a per image basis based upon distribution / use of that single image... or do you ever do a bulk agreement when it's known that multiple images will be needed / requested and will be generated during the single assignment?
Thanks.
