I've been talking with a potential customer that wants to do some commercial work... yet they've never solicited commercial work before.
Thus, they are a bit hesitant when I start talking regular commercial rates... they've only seen the residential photography / virtual tour side of the business.
I've given the basic info on why there is a difference between the two... but wanted to know:
Does anyone know of any good websites to point them to that might help them understand the process and fees?
I thought I ran across one on ASMP, but can't find the link again.
The good news is that when I told them what their min budget should be... they didn't stop run away.
Any thoughts on resources to point them to so that they are a more educated consumer?
Thanks.
