Can someone please tell me how to make my new logo an action or an option to place it on pictures for copyright or for promotional purposes. Here is a Jpeg on what we plan on using.

Thanks. I tried it and it come out with white letters and the black box, it isn't working for me. I must be doing something wrong, I am trying to make it exactly like the one above without the black background I have the PDF file from the company I don't think they gave me the transparant baclground version.

They should have given you different types of file and in color and black and white. If not i would ask. Here is a link telling one way to do a frame and logo but you can leave out part if you only want the logo.
