Just sold an image..need a limited use release

I am in need of a limited usage release for an image I just sold. It is going to be printed in a large format for personal use of the buyer and I need a relese format where I can specify usage. Anybody have anything like that or can you direct me to something out there?

Did you look through any of the threads at the top of this forum? There's one up there that says something about forms. Might have what you're looking for.

Sounds like you sold a print, not licensed an image. I doubt you need a 'release'.

Didn't word it right Shane (I know I don't need one with a print) I sold a licensed image for quite a bit of change and just need a little guidance

A license can say anything you want it to say. Basically, you list what the license allows, for what period of time, and what uses are prohibited. If you have already made a deal on it, especially if you have their money, you may be trying to put the genie back in the bottle.
