I bought a Queensbury album for my wedding photos. Great quality. We worked up a layout and faxed it to them in New Zealand - the laser cut the mats and sent the whole thing to us.
Bit expensive but fantastic presentation.

These are more like proofing albums (scrapbook style) that I LOVE to use for portrait sessions. They have the plastic cover sheets, which I thought would look really cheesy, but once you put the album together they are very nice
I use the leather with window but they have bunches of different albums with a low minimum

I think this one tops them all and you cannot beat the prices period. http://www.blurb.com

Are these similar to www.photoreflect.com? You upload and they do the rest...store, front, payment, etc.
I'm looking for a good site that does similar.

Believe it or or not Picaboo.com didn't do to bad on a book I had made. I had a 8x6 soft cover flip book made, the colors were right on and vivid. I'll be going back to check out the hard cover fine linen 11x8.5. Prices are high however, the soft cover was almost $70 for 68 pages but I had a coupon for 1/2 price. They did not brand the soft cover book. The only problem I have with Blurb is the page with all there info. I'll be checking out the other site you have listed. Thanks

A photographer in Kansas suggested Image Capsule to me. Handcrafted and waterproof.
Haven't used them myself, but plan to.
