I would go to the library, or cool cafe, church, or a workout place and find a bulletin board put up a sign with your phone number and URL of "some kind" to legitimize you. Saying photographer looking to build portfolio would like to photograph families and seniors. Ask them to send you an email of themselves :)) If you want to be picky about whatcha get. Have cards or little tear off pieces so they don't have to try to remember.
