My dad (professional photographer in Myrtle Beach, SC) says that he has noticed a drop in clients in the last 6 months.

Anyone seeing that here in Houston or in Texas generally?

No, it has been good up to today, I would never say the same about tomorrow, you never know, so we work hard to keep the money coming in.

People are spending their money differently - like they are wondering if it should be shoved in the mattress or forked over for a once in a life time heirloom before they miss their chance.

Weddings are still happening and babies are born. My great grandmother had photos of her daughter made during the depression and I know they had no money. Yet the photos are here long after.

Time doesnt stop, but people are defiantly thinking a little more. My clients dont tend to think about money. I would say now they have 'pause' and spend it anyway. Its not the lovin free fest of funds it was last year at this time. That was nice. lol.
