I'm going to get a new batch of Moo Mini-Cards printed up. This is what I'm thinking for the front, with the basic contact info on the back. Thoughts?

welll it is definately clever. i always thought of making a t-shirt that said that but in todays society im not sure if a shirt will be a good idea. maybe putting a camera on the front or something so people dont think you are a hit man. i dont know. MHO

I hope to avoid the hitman confusion by handing these out while I have my cameras with me, or when talking to people about my photography work. I'm trying to take the "Make your name stick in their minds" approach...

LoL yah I have the same idea for my biz card, then I gave that up afraid it'd complicate things. I used to assign myself title: "sharp shooter", and my brother "sniper" etc...on the card.

Your design certainly works if you & your client have a sense of humor and don't mind the hitman type jokes

JB Sallee has been using a similar slogan for his wedding photography seminar tour... the I Shoot People tour...

It is a concept that sticks in people's mind. For the last three years or so, we've been using the tagline "We'll shoot your kid" for our youth sports photography (www.tagteamphoto.com). We've had no complaints and everyone has understood the meaning. The only issue has been people remembering the tagline, but not the company name. We frequently hear..."Oh yeah. You're the guy that will shoot my kid." Then they laugh.

I like your design by the way. It's clean and bold.

My thoughts are that only an amateur "shoots" people, while a professional "photographs" people or "captures time" or..........

I like the design, and this may work in your area. In my someone may pull out a gun and start shooting back.

I see the cleverness in it, but will it make people want to hire you? (Maybe).

Plus, when somebody shoots people, don't they typically use their middle names as well? Lee Harvey Oswald, etc.?
