You know those days were you just can't say or do anything right??? and you're trying to run a business at the same time??? ugh - rough day.

But seriously.. do you...

1. shrug your shoulders and move on....

2. grab a margarita at happy hour and have a good laugh at life....

3. or do you think what's a day? and go home and swim in your giant vault of gold coins (btw if anyone does this one I would be interested in forming a partnership )....

So anyway... yeah... just curious. For me right now I am working on creating a new hobby seeing as my old hobby has become my income and i need something to take my mind off of it for a few hours :)

Or I go driving. Very loud music, wind in my face and $1.70/g......

and sometimes the hot tub/jacuzzi comes in handy.

I was so frazzled last week I couldnt even speak. I had to turn in a 35 page paper for a business class, run the store, edit photos, and take care of my house and kids. Mike took me out to eat, when I finally stopped stuttering, I read for a while. Turned out it was a bad book. I think they are all gonna die in the end.

Getting away from everything is my #1 quick & long term fix. I have a trip to Disney World planned in Dec. Working with brides non-stop is HIGHLY stressful. Last year during peak season, if I didnt exercise hard every day, I think I would have snapped. Stressful job. Anyway, Disney World is Utopia (Im one of the few that thinks getting trapped in Small World would be the coolest thing ever!). I have a big smile on my face just thinking about it!!! All that glitter in one place! What more could you want?!?!

I hop on my bicycle, with some combinations of your options. I'll do No. 1 because every hard day is a learning opportunity, and then maybe No. 3 except without the gold coins. And did I mention my bicycle? Lots of riding. I need to ride more. Ride on!

I'll pour out a little Jim Beam and coke, and practice playing some trumpet for an hour or two.
The JB helps settle the agitation, and makes my playing sound better, at least to me.

You are referring to a day like yesterday, where I was happily on my way to the bank after getting a long long overdue check from a client. And I get a speeding ticket. I was not doing 53 in a 35. Maybe 43, but you can't win an argument with the police.

Go to a bookstore & grab a good book. For some weird reason, a bookstore always calms me down and relaxes me. Sometime so frustrated at or after work, I just get up & go to the bookstore near by

Top down (no matter what temp is), clear road, put your foot on the on the gas till it hits the floor, don't let up until you are out of gas. Makes me smile every time.
