I finally sat down and attempted to make a business card. I wanted to go for a simple feel. Let me know what you think.

That seems like a lot for a business card. I am concerned that those photos will be so small they will just be little pieces of color. On my screen the business card appears 10" wide and I can just barely see the photo.

To me simple would just be the text.

I agree with the smallness of the pictures. Maybe cut down on the number of them and make them bigger.
Also, I don't care for the calendar on the back. Any specific reason for that? It seems like you are not using some useful business card real estate on the back. Is there something specific to you that you could put on the back instead?

Images are too small, maybe recrop so we can see more detail. Also, the horizontal lines could be deleted, they are distracting.

I do like the black with white text and the images with no borders. nice.

I think the calendar is okay.

Thanks for all your comments. The calendar was just something to maybe keep them to hang on the to card. Like all those free pens you get. Yeah it is cheesy. I didn't know what to use the back for if anything. I did remove some of the pics. Here is the latest version.

How about one big awesome picture on the back, and taking all the small pictures off the front?

I would say remove the photos from the front and put either one or 3 on the back. On the front they will only be itty bitty (about .5 inches tall)

What about a blank appointment date and time in addition to 1 or 2 really good pics?

New edit :) It is so much fun. I love your guys feedback.

Front and back now totally different.

Been thinking about using a different picture than the pumpkin one. Let me know what you think between the pumpkin and the other one.

keep the pumpkin
lose a couple of the horizontal lines
increase the height of your studio name.

just my opinion of course.

A blank back gives a place to write phone numbers and stuff. It's easy to flip the card over and say, "Give me your name and number so I can get back with you." Then make notes about the date, shoot, & other info that may be good to have later.

Looks good. What program are you using for the text?

I like the last version the best. I am not sure but am leaning towards agreeing about doing away with the horizontal lines. I would definitely make the name bigger.
Also, how about making the 3 photos with your name the front side and the other, with all your contact info the back? I suppose however you hand the card to the person would determine which is the front vs. the back...
I would still vote for the back being able to be used for writing notes/numbers etc.... But, I am liking the latest version the best!

That looks much cleaner and I can see enough detail it makes me think I might look at your website when I get home. (OK I already looked)
I don't write on a business Card like CD but I do carry a contact card. I do that because I have given a card away that had information on it! And my business card is now plastic and makes it hard to write on. The contact card is similar to an appointment card but I get their name and email address and any other info that is important like meet at ___ hockey game or the zoo or what ever. Then I go home and send them an email saying it was nice meeting them and off them a discount if they book an appointment in the next 2 weeks.

I am just going to have to come up with a new three sided card
