Commercial photo contract? - 12-13-2008, 05:55 PM

Can someone please help me? I am looking for a contract that gives my client limited usage and copyright information on a buliding photo I took for them for advertising. This building is a multi office building and I do not want anyone else using this image without paying for it. Thank you

Side note: I did a search in the forums and had no luck, maybe I missed it sorry......

Hey, Mike! How's it going?

This may or may not apply to your situation, but this photog has some detailed information on limited use/copyright details for his work: http://www.johngress.com/info/contract.php.

I'm doing good thanks for asking and thanks for the link. What is the best way to word this that states my client cannot sell or reproduce this image and it is only licensed to them.

I'd word it so it's clear what they can and can't do (just rephrase from your comment above). For my contracts, I want them legally binding but I want my clients to know exactly what their rights are, too, without being confusing!
