Bye-bye Photoreflect, hello SmugMug

I am having issues AGAIN with customers not being able to order from Photoreflect, so I finally paid for a pro account with SmugMug. I had a discount code, so it's $75 for the first year. Has everyone had pretty good experiences with them, in terms of customers being able to get along smoothly?

I have had excellent experience with Smug Mug. I will be renewing my pro account when it comes due in a couple of months.

I have had great support and no problems with SmugMug at all. I am still relatively new there though.

I have been having problems with customers and photoreflect as well. Been "shopping" for a replacement.

Please let me know how smugmug works for you in comparison to your photoreflect. Also, where'd you get the code?

I've used SmugMug for three years now. Not a single problem. You and your customers will not be dissappointed.

Smug mug and their service is absolutely outstanding. Their print lab isn't the best---isn't the worst. I and others would like an option. It would also be nice to be able to have coupons or some packages. They say they are working are these things and from their record, I believe in time they will have them. As far as ordering, you will not be disappointed. I have had some issues and will they reprint, no questions asked. I imagine you will be happy.

Smugmug is unbelievable. Support requests will be answered within hours or even minutes. They are very generous if you are unsatisfied with anything and they will always work with you to solve every problem that might come up.
I'd say, SM is one of the few companies where you always will have a good feeling paying for your account because you know it's well worth it.

Kenneth - I believe one of the SmugMug reps posted on the boards here with the code. If you are switching from another site, like Flickr or Fotki or something to SmugMug you can use the name of the other site as the coupon code. Check the SmugMug board here.
