I use graphicdisorder.com they do amazing work use me(chicken) as a reference i believe they are running a 2500 for 150.00 special this month. They do all the layout work, and you can get custom options like designs cut in the clear on the cards

overnightprints.com has the option for round-corners, I got them but they are shipping now.
Paulo I hear you're shooting a wedding I'll be attending in May, I'll show you then.

1,000 cards for 80 bucks and they will design it for you....AWESOME! I've used OverNight Prints in the past. They have 1,000 for 50 bucks. For the most part, I've been happy with them.

I'll pay an extra 30 dollars to see their custom design. It's obvious they have way more creativity than I do.

thanks for the link to graphicdisorder.
I've been looking for an embroidering shop for some shirts.
We'll see what their quote looks like.

Got my cards from Overnight, they're alright, a bit slow - took about a week from order to delivery.

The corners are cut well, no hard edges. The colors transferred well (FYI it's a grayscale design though).

Only a few qualms:

The dot-density of the print is a bit larger (bigger dots) than my first set from Mpix, but it's probably one of those things "only a photographer / designer would notice." The MPIX cards have a more "photo like" print quality to them while these are more of a press run print. The majority of the text is still very clear, i.e. the lower case "G" on Zapfino, may show some bleed on the thinner area of the tail.

There are a few cards (maybe 2-3 out of 100) with a small white dot where the ink didn't set well but it's no major issue with me, they're barely noticeable.

Shipping isn't as nice as MPix, but everything got here safely.

I use gotprint for my press-printing and haven't been let down yet. I order in small batches and reorder when I need to.

Daniel, there have been some "huh" moments for several of us that have ordered from "Overnight Prints" and been more than a little frustrated with it taking 3 days to print and 3 more days to ship.....and their name is "overnight prints"....go figure.

I have ordered several times from overnightprints.com and they have always printed the next day and then sent them out the day after that.

Just wanted to report. I gave gotprints.com a try. Their system seemed very user friendly and the cards I received were really nice:sturdy, round corners, accurate colors. I've always ordered my cards from mpix.com but these just came out much better. I would not hesitate to order from the site [gotprints.com] again.

Just fyi-I was in no rush for the cards so I chose 'regular ground' shipping which took 7 calendar days [placed order Thursday-Jan 8 @ 1pm/received Thursday-Jan 15]. They do offer next or 2-day delivery.
