What Would Chick Fil A Do?

There is a reason I don't ever mind spending money with them, any store no matter what I receive the best customer service almost without exception.

You are smart to giver her a couple days to sit on it. In fact you might wait to let her call you back. She knows you sent the packet, she knows what it says. Women expecting are nesting...she is worried they will be able to have a good place "including money" for this baby...of course she may have a dudah of a husband that has no clue about money. But I'm with the majority...they are usually not telling the truth...I hate saying that!! Just don't rush your decision...

Crap... you weren't supposed call me on it.

Long winded version... I'm very weird when it comes to my food. Everything plain (add cheese). If it has anything on it I wont eat it, waste of $6.64! Anyway every once in a while I'll forget to say plain only cheese. I've done this at chick fil a and even though it was my fault in ordering wrong they decided to make it the way I intended at no charge.

I recently went to MickyDees for those ever so scrumptious (read: cheap) McDoubles, not to be confused with double cheese burgers, who knew. Any how, I ordered it right really I did it wasn't entered correctly though. I wound up with a wrong order and they wouldn't correct it.

I might not be going to that one again.

Another quick story, I have an equally as picky friend jmoore on the forums here. He's actually quite weird. We went to *$ aka starbucks he got a gift card and bought a round for everyone. He doesn't do starbucks but since he had the card decided to try something. Anyway they assured him if he didn't like what he'd ordered they make him something else at no cost. He had at least 2 maybe 3 drinks before he gave up.

All that said I agree with you free is not cool, but a customer service experience that people will talk about in favor of you is gold.

WOW... that was a lot..

If you are refunding the full amount PayPal will not keep the fees they charged (i.e., you won't be out the transaction fees.) You can issue a full refund for up to 60 days after a payment was sent:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click My Account, then click History at the top of the page.
3. Find the payment you'd like to refund, then click Details.
4. Click Issue Refund.
5. Enter the refund amount, then click Continue.
6. Confirm the details, then click Issue Refund.

I agree. If you set no terms, then you must refund the money.

Try and give yourself some time though. Do half now and the other half in thirty days.

She also may not realize that she wont get back the face value of the gift certificate. Dont refund her more than they paid.
