Model Release for Event Photography - 04-07-2009, 08:56 AM

I have been contacted to do a photobooth for a large event next month. I do these at weddings, and since images are for personal use - obviously the B&G sign off on the release.

My only question is this - for a corporate event booth, do I get participants to sign a model release? Or should my contract with the corp cover my basis?

Will you be using these images for some sort of promotion or marketing in the future?
If so, an individual release would be recommended. If not, no release is required.

I might have a generic release handy in case there is someone you especially want to feature on your web site, etc.

You can also have a clipboard with the general release wording at the top and have everyone sign it as needed.
