Janet, there are some of us that have no idea what you are talking about. Not kidding. I assume it is for throwing rice at a wedding? but not completely sure. I don't remember the last wedding where rice was thrown. It has been not be allowed any where I have been, due to the harm it causes.

I'm not from the Houston area, but I bet you need some type of permit to shoot at Rice University, but heck, maybe she is trying to become Uncle Ben, who knows
