Heard of Eventective?

As anyone heard of this online service called Eventective? I did not sign up with them, but they started sending me leads. Each lead you purchase costs $2.50. I was wondering if anyone has tried this service? Is it a complete waste of money? Does it work? Is it bogus?

I get a few emails a day from them as well - but never signed up and have never heard of them either.

After a quick Google and some forum searches, I think they're legit. Legitimately ineffective, rather.

Thanks for the feedback. I used their $25.00 free credit and never got any leads from it. I didn't know if they were dead end leads or not, because after you purchase a lead, it will tell you something like 14 other photographers have also purchased this lead. So then I thought I was just losing out to other photographers. I did a google search prior to this post and found a positive article on them. So thanks Daniel for the info you provided.

If its anything like decidio and some of the others most of the leads are for budget brides that want 3 photogs, albums, full res CD, and a fire ring jumpin' rooster, for $500.
