Recommendations for Corporate (kinda) sessions?

I have been approached to shoot a series of models posing to display correct stretching techniques. These images will eventually be used for print and web distribution in a smaller doctor's office.

The session will be 1/2 day with a shot list in a fixed location. I am comfortable what to charge for my time to shoot. I need help to understand what to charge for a "shared license use" for digital images, knowing that it will be a one time charge for unlimited use. As an example, let's assume the final number of digital images they will receive will be 25.

If this were a big corporation, the sky would be the limit, although with a private practice, and having not experienced this type of offer before, I could use some advice.
