I have a grey / black version of this that is practically brand new. I've had it for a while, just never use it. There's not a mark on it. The picture of it open is somewhat deceiving. It can hold a full camera, extra lens, flash, etc. - plus a laptop.

What size Portable can fit in it??

Never-mind ... I clicked the link and read it can handle up to 15.1 regular Portable and up to a 17" MBP Portable.

If it really can hold a good 17" MBP without scratching the computer or pulling on the bag fabric, I might just jump.

I will ask my finance advisor (My Wife) and see what I can do. ... hmmm ...

I think the bag will be fine - the construction is pretty solid.
