FS/FT: Canon 50D - 02-02-2010, 11:27 AM

50D has a BG-E2N grip
40D has a BG-E2 grip (SOLD!)

I don't know if there is any difference in the grips. Both work and feel the same.

I bought both cameras new from B&H. Not sure how many clicks each one has. The 40D has been a backup/rarely used camera for about 20 months. I would guess it has 15,000 clicks on it. The 50D has seen slightly more used, but was always a second body to my 1D3 or 1D2. I would think it has closer to 20,000 clicks on it.

Each camera will come with at least 4 batteries and two chargers. Extra batteries will be added without raising the price if I can find the box my wife packed them in.

Student Discount: If you are a full time student and this would be your first DSLR, I will include the 50mm 1.8 II lens for free.

Price:
40D: $750 SOLD!
50D: $950

Items I am looking for in possible trades or partial trades:
24-105mm F/4L IS
135mm 2.0L
35mm 1.4L
Canon 580EX II
50mm 1.2L
24mm 1.4L
100mm 2.8L IS Macro
Elinchrom 600 RX
Elinchrom 1200 RX
Elinchrom light modifiers
I could possibly be interested in something else. Convince me. :)

Reason I am selling:
Upgraded to a 5D mark II and a 7D.

The only difference in the grips is that the E2N has a little bit of weather sealing.

Please let me know.

Thank you,

I won't be parting the grips out.

You are welcome to buy the camera, keep the grip and resell the camera.
