awesome. which model is it? I've got the older 80-200 2.8. It's a push pull zoom and uses the camera's focus motor since it does't have one of it's own. So I don't think it'll work with some of the newer converters.

Jim - I'm unsure of which 80-200 you may have, here is the link to Nikon for the TC which has the compatibility list.

AF-S Teleconverter TC-14E II from Nikon

Just reviewed, it'll work with the AF-S lenes but no the AF-D lenes
