Thumbs up FS: Used 13.3" White Core Duo Macbook - 02-24-2010, 08:35 PM

As you can see, the battery is not there, technically it's not missing, but the battery bulged up and it doesn't hold the charge at all. I could get you another working battery for $85 from my friend, but it's going to be used, not brand new.

As far as cosmetic goes, you can see the laptop has yellowing to it, which is perfectly normal, it's only on the Invisible Shield (which now called ZAGG, who also has lifetime warranty, haven't bothered to get a replacement shield from them)

Spec wise:

- 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo Processor
- 13.3" LCD Screen (Glossy Screen)
- 60 GB HARD DRIVE (Mac OS X, Snow Leopard 10.6 pre-installed... recovery disc included, but it's 10.4.6 tiger)
- 1 GB MEMORY (Upgraded from 512 mb that it came with)
- SuperDrive (Can Read/Write DVDs)
- BUILT-IN "iSIGHT" CAMERA
- 802.11 a/b/g
- Includes Mag-Safe AC ADAPTER CHARGER

Also Includes: 2 USB PORTS, FIREWIRE 400 PORT, ETHERNET PORT, AUDIO JACKS...

I am selling it because I want something smaller

Prefer to sell it locally: Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Addison area

Update: Restoration disc found, it's 10.4.6 tiger
Price: Asking for $500

Restoration disc found, and will be included.

And to clarify, the battery charger is the mag safe charger, not older plugged in charger

I think I would have removed or replaced the Invisible Shield before offering it for sale, if that's what's causing the yellowing... Just my two cents.

What are you getting that's smaller, an iPad? :)

Oh ya, I will definitely remove the InvisibleShield if the yellowing is a concern for anybody, I just figured the buyer might still want the "protection" given the fact how much of pain it was to put them on perfectly. But I do see what you mean, taking the InvisibleShield would probably make the Macbook look a lot more "appealing" should we say?

As far as something smaller? no... I am thinking more along the line of Netbook to use as field monitor for my 7D
