What kind of printer is "Epson Ultra Prem. Presentation Paper Matte" for? IOW, will it work on a Canon?

It should, although you would want the proper ICC Profiles.

its their best matte paper. iirc.
the epson "number" can be looked up on epson's site for more info.

as for the free extra paper, I am pretty sure I have a 1/2 or 3/4 box full of a red river sample pack.
