FS:Nikon D80 + extras (Houston)

I am selling my trusty D80 to fund my upgrade to D700. I am also putting the Nikon 18-135mm DX lens which I bought as a kit from Amazon. All are US versions and come with everything included at the time of purchase, except, the user manuals. I have lost the USB cables, that came with the camera, but I will throw in a card reader, that I use. Following are the items included in the sale:

1) Nikon D80 body
2) Nikon 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom
3) Nikon ML-L3 Wireless Remote Control for D80
4) 2 GB Sandisk Extreme III SD card
5) Card reader / writer
6) Tiffen 67mm UV filter for the lens + Hoya 67mm CPL


All items are in excellent condition. The sensor is really clean and the lens is just lying in the bag most of the time, since I use Tokina 11-16 for most landscapes.

Asking price: 680$ (prefer to sell it locally). I would like to sell this as a package or PM me if you are interested in body only.
