I just received this and the 3N1 10 today. I ordered both to determine which size works best for me. I decided on the smaller size as I use a large pack when I carry more gear. It is brand new with tags in place and only taken out of the box to choose the right size.

will it hold a canon 5d body , 70-200 f2.8 , 24-70 , 50 and 580 ex

Yes. In the main compartment you can fit the body with a lens, two L sized lenses (or one and a flash) and the 70-200 in the top compartment. I'm sure there are other ways to configure it but a 5D and three lenses would fit fine.

That's a sweet deal. I have the 3N1 10 and it's too small for the 5D body. If only I had seen this earlier.. :P Enjoy, to the one that got it.
