this is a brand new strap. i actually found it in one of the side pockets of my crumpler bag. its brand new. i didnt even know i had it until now because i cleaned out my crumpler bag. i have no need for this strap. i have an optech one along with my e1 hand strap so i dont need this. comes with just the strap by itself in new condition. dont know where the packaging went... i didnt even know i have this. much better than the neck straps that come with the cameras

SOLD meet me somewhere around my side of town. i dont want to drive across town to sell this for 20 bucks. my car is not good on gas and will probably cost me that much to drive across town

I have read the rules, I was asking if the strap is the same as what I have on my 5DM2 and 7D, I have one more body that I could use this on, just wanted clarification that this is the same strap

Why not try using a PM to contact the seller.

Your original link does not provide any more information regarding the description of the strap that hasn't already been supplied by the seller with his posted pics. Other than the price listed in the link there was no more useful information to be gleaned from your post. In fact following posters also saw the purpose of your post, price policing.

Usually posting to a B&S thread will not get responded to quickly and it leaves your responses up to evaluation of the rules governing price policing.

You can, however, question the price of an item or make an offer to the seller via PM.

Yes it is the same strap in the adorama link you had posted. It has the little swivel things at the end and quick release clips. Not the same strap as the oem 5d and 7d straps

perfect, I have that strap on my 7D and 5D and would like it for my other body (makes it easy to switch bodys if you have a ton of crap around you)

I ALREADY HAVE 2 OF THESE STRAPS, I wanted to make sure it was the same as the two I already have. I didnt PM him because I didnt think it was a big secret... back off please, I have broken no rules , thanks

We were not picking on you or "busting your balls".. I explained the original posts were "deemed" as price policing since you asked "is this the one" with a link posted to the same strap for the same or lesser price on the one listed here. That came across to our moderator staff as price policing since thats all that was posted.

The same procedure would have been followed had it been anyone else on the forum so dont think we're picking on you specifically. We have a set of rules and we have to interpret those rules and what you original intent was by posting a link to and item that was cheaper than the listing price here.

had more information been given in your post in regards to you considering purchasing the strap, then we would not have flagged it as price policing.. make sense?

I see your point, a PM from your mod would have also worked instead of deleting my post (with no notice) which caused a delay in my purchase of the strap.... its all good in the end I suppose...... Its in the mail on its way to me now.
