Canon 17-40L - like new - with box and lens bag and manual - $525

I've only used this lens for two shoots with my 1D4. So it's like new.

I bought this lens in May via Amazon for $700

Reason for selling:

I'm a dual system Canon/Sony guy with a new Sony a55 so I'm replacing my 17-40L with a Tamron 10-24. [OK I know it's not the same IQ but I don't do a lot of WA and it's a great range at a great price right now with the $100 rebate. Plus it's stabilized with my Sony.]

what are the specles on front glass on 1st and 2nd pictures? dust? or reflection?

It's just dust.

The lens is flawless, as near as I can tell. The price is just what I consider to be a fair price for a used lens. I personally hate it when sellers expect me to pay full new retail, or perhaps $25 less, for a used lens. Is it just me?

I'm not going to risk my reputation - or upset my conscience - by giving a fellow TPF member anything other than a good value for the dollar. I don't need those few extra dollars that much.
