FS: NikonD80 body - 01-15-2011, 02:13 PM

I’ve upgraded to a d7000 so I don’t need this camera body any more. Shutter count is a little above 53647.
The D80 can use the lenses that have an internal motor (af-s) AND the older lenses that require the camera to do the focusing (af, screw focus type lenses), unlike the d3000 and d5000 that can only use the af-s lenses.

Body only - $400:
Camera body (no body cap, sorry)
Nikon plastic LCD protector
1 Nikon battery (actual Nikon, no 3rd party)
1 Nikon battery charger
1 usb cable (for copying off pictures)
1 shutter release remote control
original box
NO SD MEMORY CARD (you can get one at Fry’s for ~$10)

I also have these for sale:
$75 Nikon AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6G lens with lens hood - SOLD
$125 Nikon AF-S 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED VR lens with lens hood - SOLD
$40 Camera grip with remote
$20 extra nikon brand battery

what would you like to know? it has it's own remote for shutter release, and supposedly you can program it for timelapse (although i never did).

it does take a 'watch battery' if you're wanting to do the timelapse, otherwise it works great. seemed to add .5 or so fps to a burst, and having the second shutter button while in portrait orientation helps -alot-....

also has the AA battery tray so you can use AA's instead of the battery bricks...

here's a shot of the grip:
