No, they are different. One is constant aperture, the other is variable.

I must have missed the announcement after I went FF. They used to only have the variable aperture lens. D'oh!

I have a 4.0-5.6 didn't know they had a 3.5-5.6 either

I have a Sigma 12-24mm with all hood, bag, and all package and documents. Works great on my 5D markII. I didn't not get much chance to use it because my favorite range is 35--85mm. The glasses and lens body are in mint condition. If you are interest, please drop me an email.
