Impact VA903 Five Lamp Fluorescent Cool Light - 06-04-2011, 02:13 PM

Item is: FS:
Model: VA 903
Price: $90

I am selling my "hot" light... I don't use it anymore and I'm streamlining my studio stuff. It has all 5 bulbs (those alone are worth nearly $100).

It sells for $139 on B&H: Impact VA903 Five Lamp Fluorescent Cool Light - VA-903 B&H Photo

But if you come pick it up or meet me somewhere, you can have it for $90. No stand, but you can put it on any air cushioned stand (I do not recommend non air cushioned since it does weigh a little bit).

I'll entertain reasonable offers, but too low and I'll just keep it for now and use it as a modeling light.

Some images shot with this lamp...

Brad: Do you use this with any form of a diffuser, softbox, etc?

It has an opaque panel that mounts directly in front of the bulbs, giving it almost a beauty dish effect.... you could put a heavier piece of material in the same place to give it that full beauty dish effect.

Otherwise, I've shot it just as it is with no other diffuser.
