Y'all are very kind. We'd move for my wife's job; Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, or Singapore are the leading candidates. Her company hasn't decided yet. I think a collective of perhaps 6 photographers could buy it and establish a great reputation for themselves in several different branches of photography at once. And they're welcome to bring in new furniture. We've shot many, many brides on that fainting couch. We liked it so much I used to tote it to rental studio space, until we built our own place. My back aches just thinking about those days!

Is this right behind James Coney Island off Westheimer? I think I admired this place while having lunch a few months ago.

Thanks! - 08-04-2011, 12:15 PM

Thanks, Curtis. Nice work you've been posting lately.

We are indeed right behind the James Coney Island, and fortunately within walking distance to 8 or 10 other restaurants that are better for me (Whataburger excepted). But JCI is great for a late-night frozen treat!

We'll always keep a foot in Houston.

Had another photographer look at it last night; would be nice if it could continue to be used as a studio, but motor-yacht design is another possibility. There are open houses scheduled and listed at http://www.5709valverde.com if anyone would like to have a look. Thanks,

Andrew
