Yes.
I know the location, I work close by. The property value alone has got to be extremely high over there.

The residential furniture really needs to be swapped out for something simple and modern with clean lines to match the construction, kitchen, etc. Right now it all clashes and takes away from the space. Or just take it out completely and retake the pics with a wide angle lens. Or hire me to do it. Sweet pad though, love the big open porch. Good luck with the sale.
