Lens Body Condition: Body has some dings and dents. Some of the color and text has been rubbed off. The rear lens cap is generic. The front lens cap has some rubbing. The tripod ring still works and has some color rubbed off. Please see pics.

Lens Glass Condition: The front element has some fine scratches, but nothing you can see at first glance. It's nothing that affects the image quality. Other than that, there's some visible dust if you shine a bright light through it. The rear element looks fine.

Sale Includes: Lens, front/generic rear cap, generic ET-83III hood and tripod ring. Canon receipt for warranty (6 months) purposes.

People seem to be skeptical about this lens vs a new one. Anyway, I did a comparison of a UY date code version and this one. Both are the non-IS versions, and all the shots were taken in aperture priority, 100ISO, with bounce flash, and on a tripod. Center point AF.
