EF 24-105mm f/4L for EF-S 17-55 f/2.8

Hi all.

I have a mint condition 24-105mm f4 IS USM that I was looking to trade for an EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 (without dust yet?).

My lens is in mint condition and was the kit lens on my 5D. Date code UV1012. This lens barely got used (I'm sticking with my 28-70). I have the pouch, caps, and lens.

(Yes, I know I am suggesting a trade for an EFS crop lens--it is for my 40D).

I'd consider just selling my 24-105L for cash, but a trade would be ideal. PayPay if you want to buy it.

i have the sigma equivalent to the 17-55 efs. no dust issues and quite sharp too. if you end up selling you should look into that lens instead of the canon version. will save you some money

Thanks for the pointer. I was debating between the 17-55 and the Sigma 17-50 OS, but thought a trade would be easier for the Canon. Will definitely consider the Sigma if I sell.
