I received several good questions via PM and felt I should address them here. I bought this June 15th 2011. I didn't check shutter count when I got it but it couldn't have been more than 1000. I used EOSinfo from astrojargon for the count. I never even noticed the dust spots until I looked over this camera for this sale. The photos on my site: Home Page were taken with this camera.
