Sensor cleaning and mechanical checked by Canon Factiory service(9/19/11 receipt include 6 month repair warranty) no out of focus issues.
comes with Battery, like new Canon LC-E4 LP-E4 charger, eyecup and Canon E1 Hand strap

I've used this camera to shoot sports game and weddings, no out of focus issues.

Are you the first owner? How old is it? That is a very respectable shutter count (estimate) for a workhorse of a camera.

What is the 6 month warranty about?

Hope I'm not thread jacking or anything, but I believe that you get 6month warranty on any work performed by Canon.

But the warranty only cover that specific work, ie if you had a part repaired, the warranty only cover that part if it fails 6 months from now.

Correct me if I'm wrong :)
