Here is the deal:

This is FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY!!!!

This lens was damaged in a accident, where it fell, attached to a body, about 5 feet to concrete. It was shipped to Sigma in May of last year, and they said it would cost $900 to repair, including shipping, so, I priced it accordingly. Good used ones go for about $1.700, so this is less, to compensate for the hassle of sending it back. Sigma has a turnaround of about two weeks.

No fungus, no scratches on the lenses. Though it doesn't look it (Sigma is notorious for bad paint), I take care of my equipment.

Included is the front lens cover, rear lens cap, tripod mount, strap, original lens shade, and a custom lens shade I had built to help with the contrast.

I have the documentation from Sigma about what exactly is wrong, and how much they quoted at that time.

Hmmm, that lens hood looks familiar. Is it a custom made hood that you had made to fit the existing hood? I think I met you at a football game last year . I remember asking you about it...if that was you.
