Mac Pro 8 core 3.0 16GB Ram 1GB vRam dual superdrives ULTIMATE MacPro - $1799 SOLD

-This is a BEAST of a machine. This is just about the fastest thing that money can buy. It is the dual quad core xeon (8 cores total) running at the max speed sold by Apple: 3.0GHz
-Has 16GB of server class FB-DIMMs
-A REALLY expensive 1GB Radeon 5770 video card (will handle any game or cad operation with ease)
-2 factory Apple super drives (DL DVD burners)
-500GB 7200rpm drive
-WiFi
-Mouse
-Keyboard
-Power Cord

The machine is in PERFECT shape with no signs of wear, looks new.

Apple 23" Display monitor $399 SOLD

Like new, perfect 23" Apple Display. No flaws anywhere on the display. All pixels are perfect. Aluminum is perfect.

MacBook Pro 15" Core2Duo 4GB HD Gloss screen upgrade Hybrid 500gb $899 SOLD

This was a very high end 15" laptop from Apple. It was upgraded to the 1400x900 dpi High Def glossy screen. Has 4GB Ram. 500GB 7200rpm hybrid drive (partial SSD with adaptive learning... really fast). Illuminated keyboard, bluetooth, wifi... this is the last non-unibody macbook pro. 256MB 8600M GT video. This is $900 cheaper than the current BASE 15" MBP which is only .2GHz faster. This has a much faster drive than the new one also. Great deal for a beautiful laptop.

I'm the original owner and this machine has always been perfect. I do have the original box as well (somewhere). The aluminum on this is PERFECT. It was always kept in a case and not traveled with. It really looks like a new machine. Super clean!!!

Will come with a fresh, clean install of 10.7.2 Lion.

17" MacBook Pro 2.33GHz Core2Duo 4GB Ram, - $999

This was a very high end 17" laptop from Apple. It was upgraded to the 1680x1050 dpi High Def glossy screen by apple. Has 4GB Ram. 120gb 7200rpm hdd. Illuminated keyboard, bluetooth, wifi... this is the last non-unibody 17" macbook pro. 256MB ATI x1600 video. This is $1400 cheaper than the current BASE 17" MBP which is only .07GHz faster. Great deal for a beautiful laptop.

I'm the original owner and this machine has always been perfect. I do have the original box as well (somewhere). The aluminum on this is near perfect, no dents or dings anywhere (most of these aluminum MBPs are usually beat up, not mine!!!). It was always kept in a case and not traveled with. It really looks like a new machine. Super clean!!! PERFECT screen!

Will come with a fresh, clean install of 10.7.2 Lion.

Exactly what model is the MacPro? To find out, you can go to the apple menu, then "about this Mac". Then push the "more info" button. If you can do a window capture and post the results. That will tell everyone which model it is. BTW, there have been 3.0GHz quad core versions all the way back to the MacPro 2,1 model in April 2007. I know because I have one

Thanks for the details. If it was newer than mine, I might have considered buying, but as I already have one of the 2,1 models, it's not an upgrade. Good luck with the sale. They are great machines.

i just wanted to point out that the Mac Pro i'm selling scored a 10638 on geek bench which is faster than the newest 2010 4 core 2.53 GHz Mac Pro (scored 9918) and many other 2008-2010 Mac Pros. This machine really is a beast.

My new Nehalem MacPro only scores a 7956 :(

Hey Scott, just out of curiosity... download geek bench and see what your score is. I'm curious what your score is.

I have two MacPro machines also. I have the 2,1 like yours and a 1,1 (2x2.66GHz dual cores). The 3.0GHz machine scores close to yours. Today over a remote desktop session (it's at home) it scored 10440. It's always over 10K. In comparison my 15" core i7 2.2GHz MBP 8,2 (early 2011) scores 9718.

I am anxiously waiting for the next refresh. I will most likely turn the dual/dual core 1,1 machine into a file server. Stuff 4 2TB drives in a raid and run both gigabit Ethernet ports in a LACP team. It should do really well as a backup storage server. They are really great machines.
