I have a co-worker here at the office that made a big mistake and purchased, then opened a retail box upgrade of PS CS2 for the Mac. Only one problem, he is a PC guy. His loss is someone else's gain. He would like to get $100 for the software. I will personally vouch for the software being legitmate and the upgrade serial number unused. He just screwed up by not looking carefully at the box when he bought it. PM or email me for details. Located in Plano.
