It looks like a similar product I use call noise ninja-- it takes the 'noise' out but the resulting photo is a little 'soft'.

It is available as a stand-alone or plugin.

I picked it up not long after I bought Adobe CS... I have only used it a few times.

I use Noise Ninja with most of my portraits and then use USM to get the sharpness back.

I have used Neat Image, Noise Ninja, and Noiseware all are about the same.. Noiseware is a little more user friendly but all are good products..

I bought Noiseware as a package a year ago that bundled both the standalone proggie with the Photoshop plugin. I use the plugin almost 100% of the time now. I agree about the user-friendly look and feel, after trying Neatimage and Noise Ninja, Noiseware won me over. My advice is: if you're using another one now and are happy, why change? if you don't have a noise program, I recommend this one.
