Disclaimer: I don't know anything about the listing other than I saw it on Craigslist and passed it on here.

The 80-200 f2.8L was the predecessor to the 70-200 f2.8L and has a cult like following. It is also known as "The Magic Drainpipe" and has earned the reputation of being very sharp and contrasty. It is also black rather than white.
