I am thinking on selling me Sigma Flash, I am not happy with its performance, I haven't used it much much and its been to sigma twice, I just got it back yesterday, I don't think it is made for Pro work, it can not handle heavy use, but if someone is looking for an unexpensive flash and not for heavy use (specially not for weddings or paying assignments) send me an email with how much you are offering, I want to buy me the 580 Canon, and need to save a bit more, but depending on the offers I may let it go to a new home before I can afford the 580 and before depreciation hits harder. If not I will keep it as a back up (or door stopper LOL)

Well, it burnt the flash screen twice...it was still firing so I was able to compensate on manual mode but it was a hassle, it did it during an event and a Wedding, I guess it either overpowered or the plastic can not handle the heat well...They said that I should not shoot 15 shots in a row with it...DUH!!!!, but I do not recall doing it, I remember that it did it when everything was Dark in a big open area...(inside a theatre shooting a Movie Premier) to me that was a poor excuse, they wanted to charge me $50.00 to fix it LOL...I said NO WAY JOSE! I paid too much $$$ for it and it should perform good, so they said next time they will charge me the $50.00 LOL I had to rent Flashes for several events, so I basically wasted $$$ and time correcting images, I feel they owe me!

Actually it went back to Sigma, before I even got to use it or test it I realized they did not quite fix the problem yet, the spot was still there, so it is on its way back...I bought it at Camera Co-op, and based on my experiance with it and them dealing with sigma about it they are not buying any more Flash Systems from Sigma until they get their acts togethere...so I am sure Sigma loves me by now, but they have cost me too much by now.
I will keep you guys updated as it develops.

n/m then. let me know when you get an estimated price, I dont make blind offers, as it can insult people or make myself pay more than is needed.
